founder & Chief fun officer at pepper

Stacey was a full-time wedding and boudoir photographer for a few solid years before the inevitable burnout almost happened. Juggling a growing successful business and even the slightest hint of a personal life was no longer sustainable. This is where Pepper - Your Badass Business BFF was founded. Not only to exist for Stacey, but for her friends in the industry and so many more creatives out there going it alone,  but slowly fading. Hustling 24/7 wasn’t the answer; Pepper was! Success is freedom from that hustle and starting a business admin outsourcing company geared towards creative entrepreneurs is going to change the game for so many creative souls. Now with an actual work/life balance, Stacey has more time to enjoy a good cup of coffee (or is it craft beer in that mug?!), hang with her puppy Frida, and spend time with her partner and other favorite peeps.
